The Beginner Support Campaign is a new feature introduced in Metal Slug Attack made exclusively for the new players.

Overview

Upon creating a new account, the player is given a small icon badge on their profile which marks them as a beginner. The Campaign offers unique beneficial features for the new players to progress much more easily in the game.

Upon reaching Level 10, the player no longer receives benefits from the Campaign as well as their badge will be removed.

Features Offered

Medals

First time players are always rewarded with a hefty sum of medals (currently at 3000).

One Time Offer

Like the Level Up Sales offered for each level ups and the One Time Medal Offers in the Medal Shop, the beginners are offered 4750 medals along with 3 x80 parts of a Rare units and 3000000.

The following units are included in the Beginner's One Time Offer:

• Special Fio
• Special Red Goblin

Free Box/Step Up Crank

Once after completing the basic tutorials of the game (as well as downloading the additional files), the Combat School drill instructor Sophia will offer the player different Box/Step Up Crank units for free. Each has a description and introductory dialogues of the certain units. There are 10 units offered in total, 2 in each of the factions.

Upon selecting a desired unit offered, it is automatically given to the player at platinum frame.

Shizuka	Rebel Army	"A ninja who has inherited the ninja technique known as "Dark Assassination Style", she's mastered the arts of assassination via kunai. She bewilders enemies with an afterimage, dodging their attacks. Her thrust attack after disappearing only to reappear before the enemy's eyes is very powerful."
Sho	Ptolemaic Army	"He's a bit weak willed, but is a worker who gets his job done. He skillfully uses instantaneous movement to dodge attacks. His secret dance techniques deal a lot of damage to enemies on the front line."
Owen	Ptolemaic Army	"Commander of the Ptolemaic Army's guerrilla forces, and feared as the leader of the land. When the back of his hand glows, he raises his fist in the air and advanced to the front line with ease. He has high HP, and counters enemy attacks."
Rillacle	Aliens	"An invader very interested in earth's battlegrounds and weaponry. She pounds enemies with a heavy blow, using a giant fist made from her tentacle."
Schwarz Metzelei	Aliens	"An invader from another galaxy who came to invade earth. She uses her big tail to attack enemies and absorb their HP, making it hers."
First Baby	Independent	"A prototype version of multiple AI viruses. She controls a floating weapon, and performs wide area attacks from the air. Her miniature Bomber Weapon boasts of intense power."
Iron Fortress	Independent	"A huge tank equipped with an independent AI. The missiles fired from the huge tank rained down from the sky, attacking enemies even in the rear guard."
