Genius or Fool is the two hundred and seventy-ninth Extra Ops and the sixty-fifth Marathon Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

Chaos ensues at a Ptolemaic Army base as a Jupiter Wing attacks, with the Ptolemaics unable to harm it in any way. As the soldiers panic, they spot Sisilia heading towards a warehouse, warning her to flee. A soldier pushes her out of the way, but a masked man catches her before she falls. He disappears before she could properly thank him. Sisilia continues running towards the warehouse, but is then launched into the air by a sudden explosion and blast, only to be caught by another masked soldier.

Reverse Trinity arrives on the scene, where the Princess scolds Sisilia for her recklessness upon learning that she values her friend's motorcycle more than her own life. The General defends Sislia, stating that everyone has their own reasons. He then remarks on how the Black Hound would take after the Princess. The Princess intends to fight the Jupiter Wing, as she's solely interested in the Jupiter Wing's over-technology, but then decides to also assist the Teacher in protecting the warehouse where the motorcycle is. The General urges Sisilia to take cover while they handle the threat.

The Princess destroys the Jupiter Wing, but the Teacher warns her that they need to leave as the General states that they've accidentally destroyed most of the base in the process. The soldiers yell at the trio for the destruction, causing the Princess to scold them for not being appreciative of their efforts. She then calls Sisilia over, where the Teacher reveals Veronica's motorcycle to her, having also protected a Metal Rear and Stone Turtle. Sisilia thanks the trio and leaves with Veronica's motorcycle. Having been appreciated, they watch her leave with satisfaction.

On the other hand, the normal soldiers are shocked by the destruction and one tries to report the trio for the damage, but the other discourages him from doing so as getting too close to them is said to end one's career path. The Teacher then expresses a desire to return home, which the Princess agrees with. However, the General tells her that he had seen her destroy their own home, upon which she curses the Jupiter Wing. Nonetheless, she gets a flash of inspiration to rebuild their home and be ready for a meal. The General agrees and tasks the Teacher with rebuilding their home, who likewise agrees. Despite being eccentrics and shunned by most of the army, they're able to get through together.
