Horrible Devil is the two hundred and seventy-fourth Extra Ops and the sixty-fourth Marathon Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

At a desert town, the Ptolemaic Army faces off against the Amadeus Syndicate. The Doctor wonders if he should reveal his weapon, although concerned as it would also reveal his scheme. White Baby appears and offers to move it for him, a massive weapon known as the Desert Satan, prompting Achetto to call for reinforcements.

Elsewhere, Sally senses the weapon's arrival with her "Third Eye", much to Damian's consternation. Sally leaves to face the weapon, prompting Damian to follow her. In another area, a guardian believer informs Zahara of the weapon, prompting her to go out to defend the area before they could cause more damage. Achetto remarks that the help is late as Damian explains he was not intending to come before noticing Zahara. Zahara tells them that she's simply here to help protect her master and the group prepares to fight Amadeus' weapons.

Sally wrecks the Desert Satan while the Doctor wonders if he should salvage whatever he can. White Baby demands a new toy and thanks the Ptolemaics for playing with her before the two retreat. Achetto and Damian note that Sally's essence felt like that of the Grim Reaper's, who then asks them if they would like some. They both refuse, much to her disappointment. Zahara observes them and notes that Mira has a lot of strongmen, wondering if she could protect Anastasia with her own hands in the future.
