Last Resort is the fifty-fourth Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

Following the events of Double Face, Beatriz is called into Abigail's room. Abigail asks her to be her deputy and to take the Tiger Macha out for a test run.

At the Regular Army base, Sophia meets with the Super Devil, who has possessed Tarma. While it is silent, Sophia is able to understand that its presence means the Regular Army is about to have a situation on their hands, and accepts its aid.

The Super Devil battles the Tiger Macha and damages it, wounding Beatriz in the process. Beatriz's bodyguards arrive and prepare to withdraw, as their objective was completed. Beatriz refuses to leave as she doesn't want to lose to the Regular Army, so her bodyguards rush her out of the area against her will. With the job complete, the Super Devil leaves Tarma to return to its world, smiling over the Regular Army base.
