Pirate Christmas is the two hundred and eighteenth Extra Ops and the fifty-second Rare Boss introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

At sea, Wendy rallies the pirates into a competition to bring "Aileen's sister" a gift, the reward being a smile and laugh from the boss herself. The pirates are more than content to compete.

Elsewhere at a Rebel Army base, a soldier tells Grazia not to eat all of the food as everyone hasn't arrived yet. Grazia cannot help herself as the food is delicious, using the Santa as proof that the food is good. She decides to pick up her secret treasure and allows the party to continue.

Wendy makes her way into the party and runs into Scotia, where she finds a beautiful necklace. Scotia tells her that she's found better treasure and that it is already prepared. Wendy then asks her if she is going for the treasure; Scotia tells her she is doing so to look for her father, who went missing looking for a similar treasure. As they go to claim their gift, they find that they're actually weapons and are spotted by Grazia, who intends to use the weapons on them.

Wendy uses her combat kendama to break a hole in the wall to escape with Scotia. Grazia orders her men to search for the two young women, but they have already escaped. Loretta then arrives, worried about Grazia's safety and insists she gets her wounds treated. She also suspends the party, much to the soldiers' discontent.

Elsewhere, Scotia compliments Wendy for the strength that her little kendama possesses. Wendy states that nothing will get in her way if she gets involved. Having acquired plenty of loot, she knows that she will surpass everyone in the competition. Scotia is surprised to see how the pirates are a big family and asks Wendy to bring her to the ship next time. Wendy agrees to the request, but warns her that they could be enemies next time. Scotia is not fazed by the threat however, and the two part ways.

After repairing the Blazeranian, the Rebel personnel return to the waiting room, only to realize hours later that their presents are missing.
