Portless Communication is the two hundred and fifth Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

Harriot is watching over Claris in the desert, relieved to be back on Earth once more. Claris is quite curious and tries to eat everything she sees. Harriot stops her by promising her a tasty snack, thinking to herself that taking care of Claris is a lot harder than she thought.

In some ruins, Abul is delighted with his newest Assy Nero, while Shizuka reminds him not to get too careless as its drastically increased power output means the rocks will fly everywhere. Abul scoffs off her advice just as he smells the presence of another woman in the nearby vicinity; Claris, who appears to have wandered into the ruins without Harriot. Shizuka warns Abul to stay behind her as she senses that the woman possesses unnatural powers despite being a clear dunce. Claris in turn does not like how rude the two are being to her and prepares to fight.

As the two fight, Shizuka eventually realizes that Claris is an alien. She compliments her combat skills, much to her appreciation. Claris tells Shizuka that Abul is making her feel uncomfortable, so Shizuka gladly punishes him for her. The two then leave, while Harriot catches up to Claris, who is relieved to see she is fine. Claris admits that she thought Harriot looked tired, hence why she wandered around without her supervision. Harriot appreciates her honesty, but tells her not to run off randomly again in the future, as she doesn't want to get scolded by the twins.
