Sadistic Emotion is the seventy-fifth Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

A Ptolemaic Army P.O.W. is tortured by the head warden Izabella. Two soldiers outside are talking about Sisilia when Navy walks by and threatens to have them tortured too.

Navy addresses Izabella, who is tired from the day's torturing. She tells her about Sisilia, which gets Izabella excited as she wants to "play" with her, so she asks Navy to go on a mission to capture her. At the Ptolemaic base, Sisilia, Dragunov and Veronica are training when the base is under attack. Sisilia is ordered to use the Ptolemaic Army Union 01 unit to defend the base.

Despite their best efforts, the Ptolemaics are defeated by the rebel officers. Izabella and Navy are excited to claim their reward. Navy asks Sisilia how she supports her allies, to which she responds that she plays music. Izabella is even more excited, while Navy is dumbfounded as it is completely "stupid and unscientific". Sisilia plays some music, which Izabella takes a liking to and plans to prepare a special prison room for her. However, the music peps up Dragunov and Veronica. Izabella prepares to break the two, but is unable to do so as Navy drags her away after seeing how revitalized the Ptolemaics were after listening to Sisilia's music.
