Signs of Curse is the thirty-fourth Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

Ptolemaios descends at the Ptolemaic base, though a curse quickly changes his appearance. Annette, another Invader mutant, investigates and finds the cursed Ptolemaios. Special Forces soldiers appear to protect their returned leader.

Annette defeats the cursed Ptolemaios, and is thinking about Odette, who - being completely carefree and easygoing - arrives late.
