Drache Goldenes is sent to Earth as part of the Invaders' plan to conquer the planet, with Barbeln being sent as her guide. Being the largest Invader to ever set foot on the planet, Barbeln tells Drache to be extremely careful because she may accidentally destroy the planet. Drache is upset that Barbeln didn't address her by her requested name, which she immediately takes note of and apologizes. They head to some ruins in the north.
On their way, Drache accidentally destroys two human cities in the process, though its inhabitants had safely evacuated before her arrival due to her huge size. Regardless, it gets the attention of the Regular Army. Marco sends Alice and Heart on the Coil Tank to capture her, or failing that, incapacitate her.
Arriving at the ruins, Drache complains that they're too small for her as she has to crawl her way through. Barbeln reminds her that there is gold in the ruins, just as they are met by the Coil Tanks. Alice and Heart attack Drache, but the attacks don't have any effect. Barbeln reminds Drache to restrain the strength of her attacks, lest she accidentally destroy the ruins and entomb themselves.
Drache eventually forgets about Barbeln's instructions due to the "sparkling" attacks. Barbeln yells at her for trying to get themselves killed and is forced to take matters into her own hands. Alice and Heart retreat as they aren't even sure on how to damage Drache, and that she isn't putting all her strength into her attacks. As the two AI leave, Drache proceeds to hug Barbeln for being sparkly. Her hug nearly suffocates Barbeln, who believes she is going to die and regrets not having seen Fedeln before serving as her guide.
