At Task Force Island, soldiers from various armies come to partake in the training. Caroline and Towa are also present with D-GU when a strange being known as the Omikami appears, taking D-GU away to eat at breakneck speeds despite its massive size. They immediately pursue the Omikami, who flies past White Baby, Dragunov and Yoshino, the Professor and Marty and Beatriz, who likewise pursue the strange being. The Omikami then stops at the Regular Army base, who mistake the Omikami as a Ptolemaic Army attack.
Caroline manages to catch up and explains that the Omikami is not part of the Ptolmaic Army and begs them to help save D-GU, which Marco agrees to. However, they find their attacks unable to deal much damage to it until the other armies show up, allowing them to defeat the Omikami. Marco thanks them for the assistance before each faction thanks the player for their help, hoping to meet each other again in the future.
It lasts for 13 days, longer than any other Extra Ops in-game.
The medal reward from the box sets were tripled.
It has no primary premium and a pre-acquisition unit introduced, since medal sales ended with the start of the update - rather, the game defaults to Marco for Liberty as the "primary" premium.
