Tropical Battles is the one hundred and sixth Extra Ops and the twenty-fifth Rare Boss introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

A flashback occurs from a scene three years ago where someone is looking for Louise. The person is revealed to be Bersek, and they find her wounded. Louise states that reinforcements will arrive soon, but they soon hear enemy forces in the distance. Bersek gives Louise their light and heads out, much to Louise's shock.

In the present, Rumi, Rita, Nadia and Madoka are at the beach. Rita then notices something in the distance and on the other side, Towa asks them to leave as they are in Ptolemaic territory. While the others cannot hear what Towa is saying, Rita knows that a fight is coming up.

Rita smashes through Towa's Augensterm and Towa believes that she is about to die, but instead Rita asks her not to invade the beach anymore (interpreting her message incorrectly) and drags her away to play with the others, something which she does not like. Elsewhere, Louise informs Sophia that Rita has cleared the area. Sophia asks Louise to relax with the girls to find some closure, but Louise states that she has another mission and cuts communications. It seems that she is not ready to give up her search for Bersek yet.
