Try Line 10th is the one hundred and fifty-sixth Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story[]

The Regular Army prepare for an operation. Tarma starts an oil check, before Marco asks him what he's doing. Tarma tells him that Midori is going out for an operation. Marco believes Midori should stay out, because she is still young. Eri comes in and backs up Tarma, telling Marco that Midori isn't a child anymore. Midori then comes in and tells Marco that even if he says no, she'll still go anyways and she wants to prove herself in battle with her newest invention, so Marco allows her to go. However, he takes a labtop from Tarma in the process.

In another area, the Martians also arrive for an operation of their own. Two Mars People note that Bonny has gotten spaceship sickness and comment on how weak humans can be. They then hear a faint voice, and unsure of what it is, but knowing they need to help it, decide to help the unknown being first. As they arrive in a cave, they find the source of the voice coming from a little girl, just as two arms wrap around the Mars People. The arms have come from the girl's battle armor, who is hungry and consumes the Mars People. The girl is actually revealed to be an Invader, who promises her battle armor, the Purple King, to rule Earth before the Four Heavenly Kings can.

The Invader and Purple King encounter and battle Midori's Giant Copter, and it begins to take damage. Despite the damage, Midori is still insistent on continuing, only to move a lever and realize it isn't budging at all. It then activates its "Safety Mode", which Midori had never implemented and it drags her back to base. She believes it to be Marco's work, much to her outrage.

Meanwhile the Invader and Purple King try to search for the Try Line shop. The Invader comments on how anyone can trade in the coins and how silly the earthlings could be, but decides to spend the accumulated Try Line coins to get something for the Purple King to eat.
