Under City is the one hundred and fifty-seventh Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

At an Amadeus research facility, one of the researchers pleads with Alma to not go for the Ptolemaic Army's newest tank. Alma refuses, since it is the only way in her opinion to have Amadeus rescind the budget cuts he has put in her research, refusing to listen to logic.

Alma sneaks into the Ptolemaic Army base, where she deploys a "Catifier" on two guards. The guards are horrified to learn that they're starting to speak like cats, but as they leave to get medical treatment, detect Alma due to their increased sense of smell. More guards arrive to apprehend her, only for another voice to comment on how she's the same as ever, making strange medicine without knowing how to use it. The voice is revealed to by Otto, who was travelling and did not answer Alma's request a week ago. He didn't feel like settling down, but wanted to maintain a good relationship with the Amadeus Syndicate regardless due to Alma's rescue. Alma smells the slashed budget coming back and orders Otto to target the Deep Blowfish.

The pair easily destroy the Deep Blowfish just as Otto rips off an arm from a Ptolemaic soldier to consume. The Ptolemaics retreat, while Alma is apparently surprised that he eats humans; Otto doesn't take the joke lightly. Alma is delighted with their success and offers to have a drink with him, but Otto declines her offer and tells her not to worry if he doesn't contact her for a while. Away from the battlefield, Agalia arrives with Vatn, and the former senses Otto had been here recently. She comments that she doesn't care if they live in the mountains, but if they move down and interfere with the humans' lives, they must be destroyed, so she decides to track the beast and asks Vatn to help her, much to his disdain.
