United Front the 15th is the one hundred and thirty-third Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

Following the events of United Front the 12th, Tarma speaks with Tyra, who tells him that their superiors have ordered them to start the operation with the unmanned tank division. Tarma asks Tyra who the commander will be, as Marco won't come and MS-Alice is still undergoing repairs. Tyra thinks that the division shouldn't need a commander as it is unmanned, though MS-Heart looks at them.

Alice tells Heart to lend her some strength, though Heart states that she doesn't need to ask as she commands the division while Alice is being repaired. Alice tells Heart to avoid losing her "soldiers", as they are important to her. Heart does not understand what important means, but promises to keep their safety as her highest priority. Alice accepts, though she hopes that Heart can understand what she means in the future.

Heart organizes the division and ambushes their enemy, the Amadeus Syndicate. White Baby and Iron Fortress are leading their group when they are attacked by the Regular Army. Iron Fortress dislikes being shot at, though White Baby casually reminds her that she was supposed to expect this. She then goes off to battle the enemy. Heart also leads her forces into battle; during the fight, Tarma contacts her out of concern, though she shrugs him off.

A SV-001 reports that 36 of their units are destroyed, while 84 are immobile. Tarma is annoyed with Heart's recklessness, as Marco and Alice wouldn't have tolerated such losses. White Baby and Iron Fortress are surrounded by Heart and her remaining forces. Heart notes White Baby's calm composure, realizing too late that she has hacked her. White Baby notices that Heart is not resisting, and becomes disappointed when she learns from her that she gave up her position as commander and that she could buy more bodies with the coins she acquired from the operation.

Heart believes she is finished, surprised that it was faster than expected. But she then realizes that she shouldn't be thinking about time. Tarma soon arrives and congratulates her for finding the enemy stronghold, surprising Heart. She then recalls what Alice told her and realizes what she meant by it. Heart is annoyed by Tarma's presence as it jeopardized the operation and orders him to leave. Tarma agrees, but forces her to withdraw her remaining forces, just as White Baby's hack fully breaches her. Heart forces Tarma onto her before speeding off with the remaining SV-001s.

Iron Fortress is delighted that the scary people left, wanting to leave because everyone continues to attack her. White Baby agrees and they depart back to their headquarters.
