United Front the 25th is the one hundred and seventy-ninth Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

Anastasia I encounters an alien who shows her the future. She is shocked by what she sees, and decides to create the sect to protect humanity from the ruin of the future, unwilling to simply stand around and do nothing.

In the present, she meets up with her great-granddaughter Anastasia IV and is impressed that her descendants have carried on her will in her stead. Anastasia IV is humbled by her great-grandmother's presence, and asks her for advice as she is unsure she can carry on her legacy. Anastasia I decides to loan her strength to her great-granddaughter, but Anastasia IV believes that power is something she must obtain herself. Anastasia I then asks her what power means to her, who responds that it is strength to never give in to others, and that she needs it in order to protect the truth and the sect.

Anastasia I explains to her great-granddaughter that power is fluid, and that it will flow to someone else who desires it when the time comes. Anastasia IV is worried by this comment, so Anastasia I reassures her that as long as they control the truth, the flow of power will be distributed properly. She decides to show her great-granddaughter an example of her strength by giving her a demonstration.

Anastasia I rallies the Ptolemaic soldiers to fight for her in a United Front operation; almost instantly, the soldiers are willing to fight for her despite not knowing who she is, instead simply stating that they're glad to have an ally like her.

Following the operation's conclusion, two soldiers comment on how they've fought like they never had before, and wonder where the "goddess of victory" (Anastasia I) went. Elsewhere, Anastasia IV thanks her great-grandmother for showing her the meaning of strength, even if it was just a little. Anastasia I tells her that she will devote herself as a footsoldier to her cause. Anastasia IV is surprised by this, believing that her great-grandmother would return to her own time, but Anastasia I tells her that even if she did go back, Ptolemaios' rip in the space-time fabric would still remain. She states that she will stay in the current timeline to watch her until she fulfills her duties.
