United Front the 26th is the one hundred and eighty-third Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

Perche, Ashley and Ami are preparing for a United Front operation. Perche is worried about the voices late at night, though Ashley tells her not to let Roberto know as he wouldn't be able to sleep otherwise. The enemy, a Giant Golden Hunter Walker, reminds Ashley of MS-Alice, having heard a bit of it from a drunken Marco. She then asks their newest recruit, Quaith, if they are ready for the operation. Quaith simply nods, even when she offers her aerial support, prompting Ashley to deduce that she is even more shy than Ami. Ami believes Quaith is actually capable, but is scared by her after she utters a short phrase.

Marco commences the operation, and Perche runs out to immediately fight the enemy, with Ami chasing after her. Ashley tells Quaith that Perche is quite straightforward, and offers to work with her. Quaith nods, and the two set out.

Ashley encounters the Golden Giant Hunter Walker, commenting on how it isn't fair that it's large and nimble, considering it to be foul play. Despite this, the new laser equipped on her jet allows her to take it down easily as Ami and Quaith watch. Ami then realizes that Quaith has already traded in her coins, but upon looking at what she's carrying with her, becomes frightened, as Quaith has exchanged them for eyeballs and legs. Quaith smirks, stating that she intends to use them to experiment with the Tail Slug and asks Ami to return to base with her, who accepts, albeit somewhat nervous.
