United Front the 33rd is the two hundred and twenty-sixth Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

In an unknown city, two vampires are staring at each other - Grace and Sharl. Grace states that she hasn't committed any crimes or disobeyed Agalia's orders, but Sharl is skeptical as she can smell a thick layer of blood in the air. Grace says that there is nothing they can do with the smell.

Just then, Towa and Caroline stumble into the pair, having investigated mysterious deaths in the city. Caroline accuses the two of being suspects, but Grace tells her that she just has an odd fashion sense. Sharl decides to scare them off, but Grace advises her against doing so, as it will be safer for both of them. Sharl's silence prompts Caroline to draw a crucifix in response, which in turn terrifies Grace as she's allergic to metal. Sharl rolls her eyes just as Towa tells Caroline to stop as she's hurting her. Caroline puts the crucifix back and apologises, believing that she was actually a vampire because of her pale skin.

A world broadcast then rolls out, with Ptolemaic soldiers wrecking havoc on nearby towns with their weaponry. The pair quickly rush off to stop their comrades, leaving the two vampires alone. Sharl believes that Grace intends to go with them, commenting that she's weird for having other motives on hand. Grace on the other hand, is simply interested in getting some United Coins.

Caroline and Towa manage to stop the soldiers, happy that they've resolved the incident and intend to use their United Coins to buy the Golden Quadro Jumper and Wall Drone. In another area, a vampire tells Grace that they're being pushed back; Grace kills them for their incompetence. Sharl then arrives and realizes that Grace was the prime suspect, blasting her for killing their comrades and ruling them through fear. Grace admits that she wanted to lure someone powerful during her crime spree, but did not expect the vampires to send Sharl, nor a United Front activation. She then threatens some of her subordinates to restrain Sharl. Pinned down by powerful vampires, Sharl vows to hunt her down to the ends of the earth for making a fool out of her as Grace walks away.

In the night, Grace remarks on how she was very close to becoming a queen, even if only for one city. She decides to remain low for a time, since Sharl had recognized her and acknowledges how powerful she is. Grace then expresses her desire to surpass Agalia as queen of the vampires.
