United Front the 43rd is the two hundred and eighty-sixth Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

Harriot returns to Earth to observe an Invader operation, with the attack force also consisting of golden Vanguards and Smashers. She sends a letter to Dion.

At the Rebel facility, Dion receives the letter from Harriot, where she is waiting to observe the strength of the rumored Super Devil that resides in the Regular Army.

At the Regular facility, many soldiers can be seen fawning over Fio, who's been possessed by the Super Devil, although unlike the original, she still retains her normal skin color, although with a military uniform of some sort. The Super Devil is irritated by the unnecessary praise when Howell, observing the unnecessary ruckus, injects the soldiers with a serum to knock them out. Fio then returns to normal, but with no recollection of what just happened, getting Howell's interest.

The two head to the battlefield where the soldiers there begin fawning over Fio, much to her confusion. The Super Devil then possesses her again and orders the troops to prepare for battle.

After the battle, the soldiers begin to praise Fio for her skills. Harriot is still observing when Howell catches her by surprise, so she feigns affection towards Fio, much to his bewilderment. The Super Devil accepts Harriot into her group. They head towards the shop, where the three devote their coins to her; Howell, quite sick of the atmosphere, knocks all the soldiers out with his gas, much to the Super Devil's irritation. Before it could act, Fio returns back to normal as Harriot continues praising her, unaware of the change. Howell leaves to write a complaint while a golden monkey hits Harriot with a banana. Taking the banana, she finds a letter from Dion asking if she wants a formal dismissal, prompting her to leave. Fio, unaware of what happened, believes that she's a genius with all the events revolving around her.
